| Marketing Manager
Location: Guangzhou
Job Description:
- Prepare Netafim's strategy in China's irrigation market
- Identify new market segments for the company
- Collect and analyze information regarding different market segments
- Collect and analyze information on the competition and competitors
- Develop an annual marketing plan to include, exhibitions, seminars, etc
- Plan the company Public Relation campaign
- Prepare Netafim's price list
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree majored in Marketing, Agriculture or related field.
- 6 years of Marketing experience in agricultural related companies, multinational company background – An asset
- A strategic thinker, good planning, organizing and implementation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Result oriented & customer focused, be able to work under pressure
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese
- Reporting to General Manager

- 参与制订耐特菲姆公司的中国灌溉市场策略
- 识别新细分市场，为公司发掘新商业机会
- 搜集和分析不同细分市场的信息
- 搜集和分析竞争对手信息
- 制定公司年度市场营销计划，包括展会、研讨会等
- 负责公司战略层面的公关活动的规划和执行
- 公司产品的合理定价
职位要求：
- 市场营销、农业或相关专业本科学历
- 至少6年农业相关领域工作经验，拥有跨国公司工作经验优先
- 高度战略性，具备很好地规划、组织和执行能力
- 良好的沟通协调和人际交往能力
- 以客户为中心，以结果为导向， 能够在压力下工作
- 优秀的普通话、英文语言沟通能力和书面表达能力
